Spring begins in Applachia around mid to late April

Those of us who grew up in these mountains, love to walk the trails and hidden places where we were lucky enough to stumble on flowers like Trilliums, Lady Slippers, Jack in the Pulpit and other hidden gems like Trout Lilys, Cardinal flowers, here’s a collection of a few of these I have captured over the years….
